It is pretty long time ago since I posted a journal or a deviation here. And the only reason for my last deviation I uploaded was the whole thing around the removal of °jark's $.

I just uploaded an actual screenshot of my server, so my acount reappears on some watchlists I don't want to be forgotten though.

As my mood already says, I currently enjoy the show here in the office. I revolutionised the work with a somehow useless - but rather long - list of open tickets in our ticket management system. Well, it is not actually in the ticket system, but in an excel sheet, that is an abstract of the system I added some macros and unified the usage of this list. But after about two weeks or so, my bosses decided to work on this list on their own. I don't know, how they managed it, because they really have a lack of knowledge in case of Excel, but they somehow did.
Yesterday a new team has been created for various tasks needed to push down the time a trouble ticket is open and active. I wanted to join this team, but I was rejected... No, wrong. I just haven't been selected for joining the "backdesk" team.

OK, so what is the problem here? The crux is, that I developed the method to get this list done in half the time and nearly no one else even knows, what to do, when they have the list on their screen. Pretty funny of cource.

Today a colleague asked me, if I could insert a new status into the list and I thought "Damn, can't you do that yourself?"

That's why I enjoy the show here at work. It just too funny to watch all the people mess up with this task in double the time as I did it correctly

Finally my journal also has got CSS formatting as I already wished since the first ones here at dA had theirs up and running. OK, for now it is not my own. It is a design from `nyssi called MenuCSS and can be found here:
